Speedgoat 50k scenes by @shitinthewoods 🐐 Leave it to me to have just enough delusion to keep doing high altitude, hot af races coming from sea level and 50 degrees 🤪 Anyhoo, really happy with how this went, smack in the middle of a big training block! Happy enough legs, happy tummy (@naakbars!), and happy brain. And so fun to share the podium with two of the best @lgeeeeezy @leah_yingling! That course is a killer and I successfully achieved my slowest ever 50k time 🤝 next stop, CCC! @thenorthface_trail @thenorthface

@mountmarathonrace year 8!! 💫 I unintentionally made this one extra spicy by getting a lil lost on an alt route up the lower mountain and giving myself some serious work to do to catch up over the second half of the climb. Thankfully I was able to pull off what I like to call my “just good enough” downhill to make it back to Fourth Ave in one piece. The women’s top 4 being an AK girl sweep in wildly fast times is so dang cool. I just ♥️ this race and community! Thank you for all the cheers in Seward and beyond and congrats to ALL the awesome finishers. This thing is no joke! Ok back to ultra training now!! 📸 1-4 @graciehinz 📸 5-6 @nomad.mick

Wowee June has been jam packed and it’s not over yet! Besties and sissies getting married (!), soaking up the best month in Alaska, attempting to train for 45 min to 12 hour races all at once (🫠) and doing the work thang too. ⚖️ thank goodness for my PM coffee and office bicarb amiright But NOW I’m on my way to Tahoe to support @tracenknopp in his 100 mile journey to Auburn on Saturday @wser! so proud already :,)

Feeling like the luckiest gal with nothing but gushing to do over the week I just had in Japan! 🇯🇵 The kindest people, best teammates, and yummiest food were enough to make this one of my favorite trips to date, but topping it off with my best international race result made it extra sweet. I’m pumped to take this verty 70k in the legs into the rest of the year ahead! Thank you to the team at @thenorthfacejp @goldwin_jp for going above and beyond to host us. I can’t wait to come back someday!

Spring’s been doing its thing! 🌞

The Big Alta 🐓❤️‍🔥🥇 Wow I certainly got all that I came for plus a few extra degrees to kick off the season! My internalized need to attribute everything to luck and not my own volition is a work in progress — luck always plays a part but I actually really had to choose to race hard, fight against complacency, and believe that I could stick the landing. Doing so is never guaranteed so it feels extra sweet to have one of those affirming days that I’m on the right track. More Dome miles, less heat training? What a fun weekend with a great AK squad, including our guy @grandmasternorris taking the W on the men’s side, my gals @katevdoyle and Heather crewing and icing me up, and @jenna_veuxpas with the blazing fast top 5 in the 28k! Thank you @daybreakracing, @runfreetrail, and @dylanbo for always providing a great event that captures everything lovely about trail running. 🍋 @naakbars new Boost gels & drink with added sodium were perfect for the day 🚀 @thenorthface my fav speedy shoe yet coming soon Next up @mt.fuji100 70k! 📸 @tonywithasony
