The full coaching experience. Training is written 1-2 weeks in advance and modified for you as needed. Frequent communication via daily training log and via email or text as needed. Ideal if you are interested in your long-term progress as an athlete and want more personalized guidance, support, and accountability. As you evolve as an athlete, your training will evolve too!
Individualized Training
Once I get to know you and your lifestyle, background, and unique goals, I will design a training plan specifically for you. The plan is written 1-2 weeks in advance. Your runs and workouts are always written with how your current training is going in mind and can be easily adapted for whatever life throws your way.
Unlimited Communication
We will communicate within your training log every 1-2 days and have the opportunity to schedule more formal check-ins as frequently as you would prefer. I’m always available via email or text for more urgent questions or concerns.

As your coach, I’m here to take the guesswork out of training, offer impartial advice, and be your biggest supporter through all the ups and downs of chasing big dreams!

Have an upcoming goal race or event? Need a plan to stick to and guide your training? I got you! For a one-time purchase, I’ll have you fill out some questions to understand your background and goals and write you a full plan leading up to your goal race. The plan is sent to you and un-modified after. Limited follow-up guidance and communication. Ideal if you are just interested in a specific finish or time at an event or have some understanding and experience with training.
